Sewer Inspections

It is important for New Home Buyers to schedule a sewer inspection to verify the integrity of the sewer line. Repairing a sewer line that is underground can cost anywhere between $1,500-$10,000. That is not a cost that you want to be surprised with.

If something is causing your system to not work properly, we use a sewer camera to determine what is causing it. We will be able to see if your sewer line has any issues that may be causing frequent back ups. We can then locate the head of the camera above ground with a signal locator, and mark the exact spot the issue is in. We do not dig up and replace sewer lines as we consider it to be a conflict of interest when we are the ones saying it needs repaired. If a plumbing company says your line needs to be replaced and they want to do the repair, call us for a second opinion. Sometimes the line just needs to be maintained annually.
